A gelatin silver print is the technical name for traditional, light-sensitive, black and white photographic paper. Original prints range in size from 5 x 7 inches to 3 x 5 feet based on the source materials for image making. These prints are created in a darkroom and processed with chemistry. No two are ever identical, producing highly valuable, one-of-a-kind photographs.
Archival inkjet reproductions are digital prints produced with Epson UltraChrome® pigment inks, typically ranging is sizes from 5 x 7 to 16 x 20 inches. Digital prints provide some benefits, including budget friendly prints, custom sizes and potential for color editing and other adjustments.
Digital files are available to license and reproduce for specific projects. Design agencies and/or interior designers may purchase high-resolution images suitable for a variety of fine art installations.
